Anthropic opens Claude Duet research preview: a proactive agent app available to Pro, not just Max

Anthropic has opened a research preview of Claude Duet, widely seen as its answer to Grok's Bot, Muse, and ChatGPT Dots. Duet is a new app where Claude runs as a proactive agent: it surfaces what needs your attention, completes tasks you delegate, keeps working while you're away, and checks with you before acting on your behalf.
It's currently US-only via waitlist, but notably available on the Pro tier rather than just Max — something the author hopes carries over to the global rollout.
