Gemini rolls out on Android Auto, bridging your drive with Workspace, Maps and Photos
GeminiApp · x · 2026-10-22
Google's official Gemini App account (RT by ssamat) announces that Gemini "Personal Intelligence" is now available on Android Auto, with support for cars with Google built-in coming soon.
The pitch: voice-driven coordination across Google Workspace, Photos, and Maps while driving. Example use case — picking up family from the airport: instead of pulling over to check flight numbers and gates, you just ask "Is my family's flight on time, and what terminal should I head to?" and Gemini securely pulls the answers across your Google services.
