Microsoft will open Xbox Cloud Gaming to everyone in November without requiring a Game Pass subscription. Introductory pay-as-you-go bundles: 10 hours for $3.99, 25 for $7.99, 50 for $11.99 — one-time purchases that don't expire, including ad-free gaming, shorter queues, and higher-quality streaming. Xbox Insiders can buy today. Microsoft has also secured GTA VI streaming rights, though CSO Matthew Ball says it won't stream to PCs.
