Flash Now Runs Inside VRChat via ShaderEmu on a General-Purpose VM

Developer clienthax got Adobe Flash working on ShaderEmu inside VRChat, enabled by a new general-purpose VM in the platform. It still needs optimization, but it runs — a wild showcase of community engineering running full software at the shader level.
