Researcher vincesitzmann announces OPAL (OPtimizer with an Agent in the Loop), a concept developed with @SimulatedAnneal, @jaydenteoh and Jia-Hao Liang. After failing to find prior records of the idea, the team released a clear package and writeup for reference and dissemination, inviting community discussion.
