Per @tphuang, CXMT's Hefei and Beijing fabs are fully booked, with capacity additions planned through 2028—potentially 600k wpm—via Hefei-3, Beijing-2 and possibly Shanghai. Its G5 platform already matches industry-leading mass-produced nodes; LPDDR6 hits 12800 Mbps with 20% lower power vs LPDDR5X via SAQP. The company achieved 4F² and other architectural advances, applicable across mobile, edge compute, AIDC, and smart cars.
