NVIDIA ships nine open-model skills to teach agents RFD4-Proteina protein design
AllThingsApx · x · 2026-10-21
NVIDIA's BioNeMo team released nine open-model skills for RFD4-Proteina in the bionemo-agent-toolkit GitHub repo, letting AI agents drive the protein design model end to end. The skills cover setup and checkpoint acquisition, annotated CIF authoring/validation, generation, evaluation, research campaigns, commitment curves, packaging and search. Model weights live in a separate RFPROTEINAROOT checkout; a dedicated rfd4-proteina-nim skill targets the NVIDIA NIM microservice.
