Disposable AWS sandboxes for coding agents: wreck it, delete the VM, move on
OldAdministration463 · reddit · 2026-10-21
A Redditor's first open source contribution, agent-microvm: disposable, isolated AWS machines for coding agents. Send your agent off to clone a repo, install dependencies and run tests while you do something else; if it wrecks the environment, just delete the VM and spin up a new one.
It ships with three integration paths: a CLI, a Python SDK, and an MCP server — you can even ask the agent to set it up itself. The author is posting for feedback from the community.
