Hugging Face's Token Arcade Turns Structured Output Into a Playable Game
Hugging Face · youtube · 2026-10-21
Developer nico-martin built Token Arcade, turning structured output and constrained decoding into a playable game: you see next-token probability distributions, pick a card, and find out whether it's allowed by the rules. Demos show how the model's top prediction can still break a "heads or tails" rule, and you can try building a valid JSON creature one token at a time.
- Built with Transformers.js, inference runs locally in the browser via WebGPU
- Playable on HF Space; code open-sourced on GitHub; goal is a 100/100 score
