NVIDIA and David Baker's lab open-source RFD4-Proteina protein design model
AllThingsApx · x · 2026-10-21
NVIDIA and David Baker's Institute for Protein Design released RFD4-Proteina under a BSD license. The model designs proteins, enzymes, binders and antibodies from one shared latent space, combining UW's RFdiffusion lineage with NVIDIA Health's Proteina. It's available open source, via partners, and as an NVIDIA NIM.
