Mistral partners with NVIDIA on AI-powered engineering simulation, open physics AI benchmarks
MistralAI · x · 2026-10-21
Mistral announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to bring AI into industrial engineering workflows. The initiative combines Mistral Large 4 with Mistral's data generation and physics modeling pipelines, accelerated by NVIDIA CUDA-X libraries and Warp, to speed up engineering simulation and enable closed-loop workflows connecting simulation, AI model development, and design. The two companies will also release open benchmarks and datasets for physics AI, build evaluations for agentic AI in CAE and EDA, and integrate Mistral's models with NVIDIA Omniverse for GPU-accelerated 3D simulation—targeting industries like aerospace, automotive, and semiconductors.
