Critique: "Already Clean" essay's arguments hinge on a non-standard definition of superposition
livgorton · x · 2026-10-21
Liv Gorton points out that Cammarata's essay defines superposition as neurons responding to unrelated things, whereas the standard definition is having more features than neurons. The former may result from the latter, but superposition can also group related features together. The essay's arguments critically depend on this novel definition, which it incorrectly attributes to Zoom In.
