Claude Code v2.1.306 fixes cloud session login error and MCP-triggered prompt-too-long bug

anthropics/claude-code shipped v2.1.306 with two fixes: claude -p inside cloud sessions no longer reports "Not logged in" when started without the session's environment variables, and in sessions with many MCP tools an API error is no longer replaced by "prompt is too long" along with an unnecessary compaction.
