Per WSJ, Anthropic could spend $750B on obtaining computing capacity, while its $80.7B net loss is largely due to accounting charges rather than cash burn.
The poster is bullish on Anthropic (and OpenAI): both have large room to make inference and training more efficient, and may end up spending far less on infrastructure with much higher profit margins than headline numbers suggest.
