Recording calls with PLAUD Notepin and piping transcripts into AI threads

A workflow share: the author wears a PLAUD Notepin S to record their side of phone calls (AirPods always in), then pipes the transcripts into an AI thread to keep context moving. Privacy-preserving "enough" while capturing salient context; unplanned calls also serve as an IRL oral exam of real competence.
