At PyTorchCon, PyTorch Foundation Executive Director Mark Collier laid out the foundation's ambition: open source software to train, optimize, serve, and run any model on any chip in any cloud.
Key ecosystem metrics: every one of the six foundation-hosted projects — PyTorch, vLLM, Helion, Ray, Safetensors, and LL.M.Foundry — grew its community, with total contributors up 2.4x year over year.
