Allie K Miller kicked off her experiment by letting her Dots assistant read emails, calendar, meeting transcripts, Sheets and party invites to pick who to invite. It targeted friends likely to enjoy a weird experiment, pinged two after being reminded of the 24-hour deadline, one said yes, and Dots coordinated everything over email — without spamming near-strangers as she feared.
