Stallman meme goes viral: there is no closed-source software, only not-yet-open-source

An AI-generated Richard Stallman meme is circulating on X: laser-eyed Stallman captioned "There is no longer closed-source software, only not-yet-open-source software — the G.N.U. era is now. Resistance is deprecated."
Amid weight leaks and open-model pressure on closed ecosystems, the image is being widely shared as the definitive meme for the "everything eventually gets open-sourced" sentiment.
