SpaceX support uses Grok Bot to clear 204 tickets in ~10 minutes

SpaceX published a blog post on how its support team uses Grok Bot for incident detection and response, with two standing bot teammates:
- IncidentWatch checks the support queue every 5 minutes, spots ticket spikes before internal alerts fire, then pings the on-call engineer and holds the matching tickets.
- IncidentSweep clears the backlog post-incident, reviewing every ticket and sending replies in an approved batch, with a support engineer signing off before anything goes out.
In one incident, Grok Bot cleared 204 tickets in about 10 minutes—work that used to take hours. The takeaway: give bots jobs, not tasks.
