Cursor launches Environments API beta for programmatic cloud agent setup

Cursor's Environments API is now in beta, letting developers create and manage cloud agent environments programmatically, including which repos they clone and the environment.json setup they run. Users asked for the ability to add repos to existing environments without delete-and-recreate; Cursor says changes are coming.
