Affiniti Pivots Into an AI-Native Operating System for 3,300+ Main Street Businesses
jfiance · x · 2026-10-21
The founders of Affiniti announced a full rebrand: from offering small businesses a better credit card to becoming their "AI-native operating system," now serving 3,300+ independently owned businesses (pharmacies, plumbers, roofers).
The rationale: small businesses are drowning in back-office work that Silicon Valley ignores. Affiniti's agents will work inside existing workflows, consolidate scattered data, take on manual work, and surface decision-driving insights, bundling cards, banking, AP, and expense management.
