Mistral AI launched Voxtral 3, a model family for real-time voice agents combining speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and a voice agent SDK. It supports 50+ languages, lets agents call external tools mid-conversation, and can run on-premise or via EU-hosted APIs for data sovereignty.
