Show HN: Jev Cards, a quiz game racing a vision model that answers in ~0.25s
totisjosema · hn · 2026-10-20
A developer built Jev Cards, an open-source quiz game around TypeSafe's new vision-capable Jev model: the model looks at a picture and question, then picks or taps an answer in about a quarter of a second. Players can compete solo with per-mode leaderboards or challenge friends in live matches with Jev as a player.
- All cards handmade; Jev sees exactly the image shown to players
- Open source, so others can build games or create new cards
- Play at jevcards.com; code at github.com/Jose-Sabater/jevcards
- The author works at Opper (cards made via Opper vision models and Claude Code), but the game is free and open source
