Perch: open-source Mac notch app to manage multiple Claude Code sessions
pixeltoucher · reddit · 2026-10-20
A Reddit developer released Perch, a free MIT-licensed Mac app that lives in the notch and manages multiple parallel Claude Code sessions: review what each session did, approve/pick options/reply from the notch, and jump back to the exact window or terminal pane, all keyboard-driven.
Most of the Swift app was written by Claude Code. To give it taste, the author built a design-studio page with 240 scenarios covering every app state; no visual change shipped without approval there, and even the trailer was filmed from that page.
Runs 100% locally, no telemetry, macOS 15+.
