Third-party Grok Bot surfaces: an Espanso text-expansion assistant
bfrench · x · 2026-10-21
User bfrench showcased a third-party bot in the Grok Bot store: "Espanso Assistant by Bill." It manages configs for the open-source text expander Espanso — adding, changing, auditing, and suggesting snippets in your own YAML style, then restarting Espanso when you say you're done. The listing notes the bot was created by a third-party user and may act on your behalf, signaling that xAI's Grok Bot platform is growing a third-party ecosystem for personal automation.
