Qwen Code issue: failed Managed Agent requests render as detached raw text, dropping request_id

Issue #14918 on QwenLM/qwen-code documents multiple UI problems in the Web Shell's Managed Agent view:
- A failed managed-agent request (e.g. a 500) renders as a bare red line at the very top of the conversation pane, detached from the composer or session list that triggered it, with no icon, dismiss control, or Retry; a single failure can be reported in two unrelated places.
- The message is the client's untranslated English fallback (Managed Agent request failed (500)) in a zh-CN UI, naming no operation.
- Every error envelope carries a required requestid since OpenAPI v1.15, but the client drops it, making a 500 impossible to match to server logs.
- When the session list fails to load, the page still shows the empty state 'no managed tasks' next to the error.
The author asks for localized in-place errors with code, requestid, and Retry, and a load-error state instead of the empty state.
