ElevenLabs launches Eleven Realtime: speech-to-speech that talks in half a second and reasons
lukeharries · x · 2026-10-20
ElevenLabs introduced Eleven Realtime, a new class of Speech-to-Speech models aimed at the usual trade-off for voice agents between fast replies and precise answers. It starts speaking in about half a second while still handling spoken reasoning questions, letting voice agents be both fast and accurate. A notable option for developers building real-time voice agents.
