Bob McGrew, former VP of Research at OpenAI, founded Arda in 2025 to accelerate American manufacturing. The company spent its first year building with Anduril as design partner, and is now launching publicly via CNBC while announcing a $160M Series A at a $1.5B valuation.
Arda's platform helps manufacturers design and operate manual assembly lines, moving designs into production faster; automated lines are planned next.
