Claude Skill pipelines recordings, PDFs and spreadsheets into structured reports
adnan_hashmi · x · 2026-10-20
A shared Claude Skill (members-only content) turns scattered sources—recordings, PDFs, spreadsheets, notes, images—into structured reports.
The four-stage pipeline shown in the diagram:
- Normalize: every source becomes text that keeps its file name, stored in a normalized/ folder;
- Curate: facts and exact quotes are filed by report section into knowledge/, with gaps and conflicts explicitly listed;
- Synthesize and review: sections are written one at a time, drawing only on their own facts, with a reviewer correcting errors;
- Deliver: output as Markdown and Word report plus a summary of what remains open.
The normalize-then-curate-then-per-section-synthesis structure is a reusable template for keeping long LLM-generated reports grounded and consistent.
