Codex per-model outage drags on 5+ hours while OpenAI's status page shows nothing

Developer timigod reports that a per-model Codex outage has been ongoing for at least 5 hours, while OpenAI's status page shows nothing — calling the page "meaningless as far as codex per model outages are concerned."
In a follow-up, they note multiple models (Astra, Sol, Luna) are affected while Terra works fine, suggesting the outage is model-specific in a way the official status page doesn't capture.
