zhyncs42 · x · 2026-10-20
DeepSeek has open-sourced DeepInfer (1.3k GitHub stars already), the high-performance inference framework that powers its large-scale production services, initially offering offline inference.
- Currently supports DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash
- Apache-2.0 licensed, with dependency configs for both NVIDIA and Huawei Ascend hardware
- Community response is enthusiastic: TokenSpeed says it will learn from and adopt the optimizations; zhyncs42 notes that DeepSeek's open-source week shaped LLM inference optimization in 2025, and this release is another chance for existing engines to improve
