Spotnote: open-source Vite plugin to send UI feedback to Claude Code
Difficult-Apricot-79 · reddit · 2026-10-20
A developer released Spotnote, a free open-source (MIT) Vite plugin for giving UI feedback to Claude Code. Click an element in your running app, type the change, hit Enter — Claude Code receives the element's exact file, line and column, so it edits that line instead of searching. With the MCP server it picks up each note, makes the change and replies in the browser. Spotnote itself was built with Claude Code, including end-to-end tests across React, Vue, Svelte, Solid and Astro. Repo: github.com/harukikuri/spotnote.
