How to Rank, Delete AI Memories and Turn Off Training Data Sharing

The final step of the privacy-audit thread covers cleanup and protection:
- Prompt 6 - Rank and Review: have the AI rank everything it knows about you by sensitivity and flag the highest-impact details
- Delete: ChatGPT → Settings → Personalization → Memory → Manage memories, or Clear memory to wipe all
- Opt out of training: Settings → Data Controls → turn off "Improve the model for everyone"
- Bonus prompt: ask the AI to look up official docs and show the exact setting to disable training on any platform/plan, without claiming it changed anything
- Caveat: these steps don't erase everything
