Engine vet Eric Lengyel challenges AI coders to match his work detail-for-detail
EricLengyel · x · 2026-10-20
Graphics engineer Eric Lengyel, author of Radical Pie and Slug, pushes back on claims that current or near-future AI can match his work: prove it with a working example that gets every subtle detail right. He notes neither project contains any AI-generated code, adding that if AI ever trivially reproduces his inventions, it's because it learned from his papers, blog posts and example code.
