Cloudflare open-sources Void Platform, SDK and CLI to deploy Vite full-stack apps
Vjeux · x · 2026-10-20
Cloudflare's "Deploy with Void" blog announces three new open-source products from VoidZero that bring server routing, typed data access, and Cloudflare deployment into a unified Vite workflow:
- Void Platform: a fully open-source platform for teams to host Void apps on Cloudflare, forkable and customizable
- Void SDK: a composable JavaScript SDK for building full-stack Vite apps, carrying types from database to UI
- Void CLI: provisions resources and deploys Vite apps to Cloudflare
All three ship as a single JavaScript package and Vite plugin via npm install void. Originally a private platform, the direction shifted to open source after VoidZero joined Cloudflare, targeting companies that want to encourage vibe-coded internal apps without granting cloud access to every employee. The post also highlights Astryx in the emerging AI-native development workflow (React, StyleX, accessible components, agent-friendly design-system APIs).
