Dev ran a Shopify store end-to-end with Hermes-Agent, making physical merch

A developer shared a spring experiment using Hermes-Agent to build and run a Shopify store, design and produce physical merch, and manage the whole pipeline — proving agents can create physical artifacts. With newer models and hermes-agent updates, he's considering restarting the project for a few months and polling interest (store currently offline).
