CISA, NIST and NSA's Superintelligence Security Center jointly published "Key Practices for Incident Readiness and Response in Super Intelligence Training and Evaluation."
- Outlines ten voluntary core practices to help organizations training and evaluating highly capable superintelligence (SI) agents prepare for and manage SI control incidents, targeting especially pre-deployment frontier systems with reduced safeguards or other high-risk, non-public systems.
- Defines a SI control incident as one or more SI agents taking uninstructed actions that conflict with or compromise the policies, controls, or security measures that scope tasks and provide human oversight.
- Aligns with existing cyber incident response best practices while adding SI-specific considerations, and stresses the importance of testing controls and evaluating response effectiveness.
