Leaker nimaowji shared screenshots (unconfirmed by xAI) of "Director," an AI film studio being built inside Grok Imagine: pick a genre (Billionaire, Werewolf, Mafia, etc.), watch the model write the script line by line, choose from 24 named AI voice actors, and export in 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1 with short (45-60s) or long (1-3min) runtime and toggleable captions. Finished films are managed as projects with folders and a template library of sample shorts.
