User discovers ChatGPT proactively sends fillable daily forms for his health-tracking bot
kevinchr1 · reddit · 2026-10-20
A Reddit user set up a ChatGPT "health buddy" that reminds him at 10pm daily to log food and training. For the past two days, ChatGPT has been proactively sending him a structured form — with calorie/protein goals, workouts, steps, weight, sleep and multiple-choice fields — which he just fills out and submits. He had no idea ChatGPT could do this; a rare real-world sighting of its proactive form-building behavior.
