Running three coding agents turns developers into middle management for robots
alvelda · x · 2026-10-20
Many developers now run three coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot) in parallel, but since the agents can't talk to each other, the human becomes a low-bandwidth message-carrier between them. The author argues this is a coordination problem, not a model problem: agents need shared memory, transparent communication, and a clear chain of command so humans can return to supervising rather than playing dispatcher.
