720beats · reddit · 2026-10-20
An indie developer shares the roadmap for MILO, a personal AI assistant for PC and phone. Shipped: voice/text chat with memory, natural-language control of apps and files, reminders, sourced web search, a phone app over a private network, trading tools with hard risk limits (size caps, daily loss lock, manual approval), job-hunting and follow-up agents, plus encrypted storage and PIN lock. In progress: beta testing and real-world security testing. Coming next: house cameras with live video, two-way talk, and alerts.
