NEURA Robotics launches Neuron AI, a locally-running multimodal PLA model
lukas_m_ziegler · x · 2026-10-20
Germany's NEURA Robotics introduced Neuron AI, a Perception-Language-Action model unifying five inputs — 3D point-cloud vision, tactile force-torque, audio, robot state, and language — in a single stream with memory. It runs locally on the robot with no cloud round-trip, with one model covering the whole NEURA family (4NE1, MAiRA). Training data comes from NEURA Gyms, simulation, and human demonstration suits, with data partnerships from Schaeffler and Bosch.
