Artificial Analysis launches AA-PersonalityBench: trait-by-trait model personality comparisons
ArtificialAnlys · x · 2026-10-20
Artificial Analysis launched the AA-PersonalityBench page, letting users compare any two models trait by trait: each bar shows the probability that one model's answer is preferred over the other's on that trait, based on their Elos. Models are also clustered by the correlation of their scores across 30 personality traits, revealing emergent personality clusters and families — the closer family branches meet, the more alike the models are. A quantitative lens on how different model families converge or diverge in tone and style.
