An AI PM bootcamp instructor built a tool that analyzes teaching transcripts to improve her classes
marilynika · x · 2026-10-20
The author kicked off a new AI PM Bootcamp cohort and shared a self-built learning tool: AI analysis of her teaching session transcripts to evaluate how effective her approach was.
She taught it to:
- Flag repeated questions and possible misunderstandings to revisit
- Find questions she didn't fully answer and moments where she could have gone deeper
- Check whether learning objectives were covered or rushed
- Suggest clearer explanations, better examples, and pause points for comprehension checks
- Create follow-up exercises around concepts needing more practice
She cares more about whether people can actually apply what was covered than hearing thank-yous, and is offering access to others who teach or run workshops.
