Unannounced GPT-6.1 Terra surfaces in a Microsoft pull request updating 18 eval configs

Hours after reports of upcoming releases from OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, an unannounced GPT-6.1 Terra surfaced in a Microsoft pull request: engineers updated 18 evaluation configurations from GPT-5.6 Terra to gpt-6.1-terra (the screenshot also shows judgereasoningeffort=medium and executor=copilot-sdk).
The leak was first flagged by eval org Lumina (@LuminaBench), which said OpenAI is apparently preparing another Terra model and that a release soon wouldn't be surprising — "we need a new frontier model desperately." Unconfirmed leak.
