Biomni Lab launches Pipelines: agents configure, humans approve, cloud executes
KexinHuang5 · x · 2026-10-20
Biology AI platform Biomni Lab announced Pipelines in beta, tackling the problem that agents take different paths to the same answer and are hard to reproduce — by connecting agentic reasoning with deterministic execution.
Workflow: a simple prompt lets Biomni agents prepare inputs and configure the pipeline; you review and approve the setup; Biomni then handles execution on cloud compute. Three starting points: a supported nf-core pipeline, bring your own pipeline, or turn an agent-generated analysis into a reusable Pipeline.
