Vercel Labs ports TypeScript compiler back to TS with scriptc, 2-4x faster than tsgo

Vercel Labs released tsc-ts, a playful full-circle port: TypeScript was originally written in TypeScript, rewritten in Go (tsgo), and now ported back to TypeScript — compiled with Vercel's scriptc.
The result runs 2-4x faster than tsgo, a counterintuitive outcome that also showcases scriptc's optimization potential on TypeScript codebases.
