At CMG's national short-drama conference in Shanghai on Oct 18, two CCTV-backed dramas, "Red Code" (dir. Lyu Yulai) and "Emei" (dir. Xu Jizhou), were announced as the first projects to combine live-action filming with ByteDance's Seedance video-generation model.
This marks the first landing of Volcano Engine's September program for professional film/TV projects, which offers Token subsidies, promotion resources and technical support to bring AI into high-quality film and series production.
