Runjian Co. announced its subsidiary Wuxiang Yungu signed an overseas token service contract worth no less than $200M (¥1.337B) per year with an undisclosed tech company, settled by actual token consumption with a guaranteed minimum. Shares hit the daily limit at 46.40 yuan, valuing the company at ¥13.29B.
- The Nanning-based "token factory" is positioned as a China-ASEAN token export hub; 15 cross-border fiber cables give 20-30ms latency to major ASEAN nodes without relay hops.
- Phase two construction is underway, using 220kV substations, 800V HVDC, and immersion cooling, claiming >20% cost reduction and >700% capacity gains; throughput is 200B tokens/hour, targeting 2T.
- The company cautions AI/compute remains a small share of revenue with commercialization risks.
