Zhongxingwei, dubbed "China's Broadcom," held its first launch event, unveiling 12 mass-produced chips, three new interconnect products, and a full IP stack, with cumulative shipments exceeding 800K units across NICs, storage cards, and switches.
Key specs: a PCIe 6.0 Switch supporting up to 144 lanes with doubled bandwidth and 100ns latency plus CXL memory pooling; an 800G multi-protocol AI NIC with line-rate forwarding and microsecond latency; and a tri-mode RAID chip (SAS/SATA/PCIe 5.0). Its RAID card write bandwidth beats a leading international rival by 47%; PCIe 5.0 switch hits 55GB/s. Products are deployed at Inspur, Lenovo, H3C, and ZTE, with 100K+ storage cards running 18+ months at carrier customers; Kylin, UnionTech, and Tencent Cloud announced partnerships.
